Depression

  • Depression is one of the major mental health issues affecting our society today. 
  • You cannot function properly when you are depressed
  • Depression impairs  people's lifestyles
  • Daily routines are usually disrupted
  • Many people with depression feel disempowered in their lives, like nothing matters, and some people may find themselves socially withdrawn
Symptoms of depression include:
  • Loss of appetite
  • Sudden loss of pleasurable interests, sexual (libido)  
  • Feeling of exhaustion
  • Lack of sleep
  • Self-blame or negative thoughts 
  • And more 
What we offer:
  • We use mainly CBT (Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy), an evidence-based practice,  which has been found to be effective in treating depression
  • A number of individuals we have worked with have reported that my therapeutic approach helped them in minimizing and preventing symptoms of  depression
