Payment Methods

Fee payment for counseling/consultation services is required immediately after receiving these services. Methods of payment include major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We accept also Debit Cards, Cash, Money Order, Money Drafts, Internet transaction (e-transfer) and cheques.
Clients with Insurance Coverage (Extended Healthcare Benefits) and Direct Billing to Insurance Companies
We do not do direct billing to your insurance companies. We offer receipt(s) as proof of your fee payment. You can use this document to claim your insurance coverage--if you have insurance that cover the services we provide.
Important: You need to find out from your insurance companies about your coverage whether they cover counseling/psychosocial/therapy services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in a private practice in Alberta.
Appointment Cancellations:
A 24-hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is required. Cancellations/reschedules without this notice are subjected to $150 fee.
